Returns Policy
Returns must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched in with all labels and packaging.
No signs of wear!
Jewellery/Swimwear is non returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Sale items are non returnable
If you sadly need to return your order then orders must be returned within 14 days from delivery date.
We're sorry to say but we are unable to offer a free returns service.
Please note all orders being returned are your responsibility until Buttons & Bows receive them.
We don't like to keep you girls waiting so as soon as we have received your returns and checked them over then we like to start your refund process, but please do allow upto 10 days.
Card payments can take upto 3/5 days to clear.
